The Cisco Expo conference has come to a close!

As always, the conference drew large crowds of customers seeking new technologies and interested in finding out more about the Cisco partner companies' solutions being presented. As a gold conference partner, SOLIDEX presented several interesting theoretical lectures.

At the SOLIDEX stand, our engineers presented our solutions and answered questions from clients. In addition it was possible to receive vouchers for discounts on authorized Cisco training courses offered by SOLIDEX and contest coupons, and above all to take part in a drawing for iPod Touch multimedia players! The drawing was made with the participation of SOLIDEX’s vice-presidents Grzegorz Olszowski and Maciej Ogórkiewicz, who personally handed out the prizes to the winning contestants.

During the official dinner the President of SOLIDEX’s Supervisory Board Zbigniew Skotniczny awarded David Lawler, vice president of Cisco, and Paweł Malak, Director General of Cisco Systems Poland with “SOLista” statuettes in honour of eighteen years of co-operation between SOLIDEX and Cisco Systems. The evening festivities, entitled “Cisco Power Night” began with a piano ensemble playing a mixture of boogie-woogie and blues music. The cult band IRA made a special appearance, playing their new single among other songs. The evening culminated with a performance by DJ Kwiatek.
