SOLIDEX once again acquired a title of Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence
SOLIDEX once again was honoured Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction. This title is awarded to the companies, offering Cisco solutions, which prove high level of Clients satisfaction.
The survey is based on questionnaires, which include a whole range of very detailed questions, about quality of offering products, presales activities or support services. SOLIDEX since years sustains the title of Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence, which proves high quality of services in range of sales, implementation and maintenance of the Cisco products.
This companies which achieved Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence are recognizable on Cisco web site Cisco Partner Locator www.cisco.com/go/partnerlocator by the gold stars right by their names. Actually in Poland there are nine companies with the Gold Partner Status, but only five of them achieved the highest level of the clients satisfaction.
