Cisco IP Communications Specialization - we are the first and only ones in Poland

We have the pleasure and satisfaction to announce that in September 2004, SOLIDEX S.A., as Poland's first IT company, was awarded the partner specialization of Cisco System under the name of Cisco IP Communications. We are now the only network system integrator on the Polish market with such high competencies in the sales, implementation support and servicing of systems relating to intelligent, advanced VoIP and IP telephony integration services.
This specialization follows on the IP Telephony Revised specialization, extending the scope of the latter to include thorough knowledge of new products and comprising the entirety of issues connected with integrated data, voice and image transmission through the network. The previous specialization no longer meets the expectations of customers and users on today's rapidly developing market.
Awarding its IP Communications specialization, Cisco Systems confirms the partner's highest qualifications in the field, hence the partner may itself support its customers in the development and maintenance of VoIP and IP Telephony solutions in all sectors of the economy - from telecommunications operators through large corporations to small and medium-sized enterprises.
With the new competencies now acquired, SOLIDEX can now effectively pursue its goals of entering new markets and offering its current customers solutions that are fully supported with the company's professional expertise.
The Cisco IP Communications specialization covers thorough knowledge of the following solutions: Cisco CallManager, Cisco CallManager  Express, IP Telephony, Cisco Unity voice mail, Cisco IP Contact Center (IPCC) Express, application systems for voice transmission, and voice gates.

The award of each Cisco specialization (SOLIDEX has 5 different specializations) is the result of meeting very high requirements of the manufacturer, in particular in professional training of the sales and technical support teams.
