Check Point Certified Support Partner status for SOLIDEX
SOLIDEX has been awarded the CSP (Certified Support Partner) certificate by the Check Point company and is now one of two companies in Poland (beside the main distributor) to hold this status.
This is the highest possible level of partnership in the field of technical support. It provides the partner with direct and continued access to the manufacturer's technical support center and a set of tools required for solving the most complex problems. An additional advantage of the CSP is the fact that each call from any SOLIDEX's client is given the "Advanced" status and is treated as a priority by the Check Point support center.
