WebService prepared the new application for Fortis Bank Poland S.A.

WebService made a new application for Fortis Bank dedicated to registration of transaction and purchase settlement of investments funds L Fund and L fix share as well as to safety data transform between bank head office and branch offices.

Fortis L Fund is an foreign open capital fund whereas L Fix is an foreign close fund - both are managed by Fortis Investments, one of the leading European institution which manage over 87 million EUR assets entrusted by people from 20 countries.
The modification concerned computer system that was implemented by WebService in September 2005. The agreement was about:

• pre - implementation analysis 
• development
• designing of user interface
• implementation
• service support

- We have asked WebService to create a solution that helps in work of Fortis Bank consultants as well as improve the cooperation between branch offices and headquarter of the company - says Grzegorz Wojnar, head of Operation Support in Fortis Bank Poland S.A.

- The application works in intranet - it makes easy to manage different access levels for different types of users. The other advantage is the fact that there is no need to install the system on each work station in every branch offices - says Wojciech Niwicki, WebService project manager.

The system of clients registry supports consultants every day work and helps in documents and information flow between the headquarter and all the branch offices. The access to clients dates and reports depends on grand permissions.

- Advanced projects which we have prepared  for  finance branch are the sign of the changes in our company and the result of development strategy as a part of SOLIDEX Group - says Łukasz Szymula, member of WebService board.

The implemented solution was based on Microsoft technology.
