Mission HP - a motivation program for HP partners

In the beginning of March, under the "Mission HP" slogan, a motivation program was launched for Hewlett-Packard supplies-selling business partners.
The goal of the program is to strengthen good relations with partner companies and boost sales of selected product lines: supplies for HP printing machines and digital processing devices, e.g. laser and ink cartridges, papers, transparencies and data carriers.
Mission HP participants collect points that are granted for meeting certain preset sales objectives in all product categories. Points are recorded on individual participant accounts. Having collected a sufficient number of points, participants may exchange them for prizes. Once a month, each participant receives a special statement of account, which also shows the number of points missing for a selected prize. Each month, special assignments will also be announced, giving the participants an opportunity to earn additional points.
IQ Marketing agency is responsible for program concept and strategy development, including creative designs, communication (media selection) and prizing system. The program is implemented in collaboration with WebService, Solidex Group, which is responsible for development and implementation of the Web and SMS platform to ensure efficient management and operation of the motivation program. The platform's most interesting functions include: up-to-date ranking of program participants, current, monthly-updated sales information throughout the duration of the program, information about sales targets, option to change the preset communication medium, and SMS notices.
Mission HP program will last until the end of August 2005.
