Another Profitable Year for SOLIDEX S.A. and Extension of the Composition of the Company's Management Board

On 30 September 2004,  SOLIDEX S.A. closed another financial year, and as at  1 October 2004, by decision of the Supervisory Board, the composition of the Company's Management Board was extended.
The current President and founder of SOLIDEX - Zbigniew Skotniczny leads the work of three Vice-Presidents:  Krzysztof Różycki (Engineering), Dorota Małachowska (Finance) and Grzegorz Olszowski (Sales). The Management Board has now been extended to include Iwona Pradel (Logistics) and Tomasz Pietrzyk (Project Management).

The changes in the company's Management Board are connected with its development and plans to intensify its activities both in ICT infrastructure and development of software and application integration to a large scale. Its two subsidiaries - WebService and SOLIDEX NetCom - operating in mutually complementary areas of Internet/Intranet applications, complement the offer of the SOLIDEX Group in the aspect of applications and Internet services.

As confirmed by Ryszard Skotniczny, who has worked as Vice-President for Financial Affairs for 5 years and is now leaving the Management Board, SOLIDEX S.A. has again generated a positive result in the financial year ending as at 30 September, and the company's profit will reach almost 10% of its revenues. "Such good results enable me to deal, on a parallel position at SOLIDEX Sp. z o.o., for the next 15 years to come, with financial affairs and investment projects aimed at further development of the whole SOLIDEX Group initiated under the name of SOLIDEX Ltd. as early as April 1990."
