Kraków, Poland - 08 April 2004 - SOLIDEX S.A, a leading Polish systems integrator, today announced that it has signed a reseller partner agreement with Decru, Inc., the leader in networked data storage security, to deliver its Decru DataFortT storage security appliances to enterprise customers in Poland.
"Polish organizations are waking up to the fact that their stored data is unprotected from internal attacks," said Joanna Shields, managing director of EMEA for Decru. "SOLIDEX has an impressive track record in designing, developing and securing network systems, and their 'SOLID reliability in every action' approach guarantees the best possible quality of integration for its customers and makes them a natural choice for our first strategic partner in Poland."
The Decru DataFort storage security appliance combines secure access controls, authentication, storage encryption, and secure logging to provide defence in depth for sensitive stored data. By locking down stored data with strong encryption and routing all access through secure hardware, DataFort radically simplifies the security model for networked storage. Decru DataFort appliances can be deployed transparently in SAN, NAS, DAS and tape backup environments, with no changes to servers, desktops, applications, or user workflow.
Ph. D. Zbigniew Skotniczny, President, CEO for SOLIDEX said: "SOLIDEX has always been at the forefront of delivering the best solutions for its customer. We are witnessing a significant growth in the need to protect data 'at rest', and Decru's DataFort security appliance is the only solution in the market that covers all storage networks and meets the rigorous demands of our customers."
