SOLIDEX, an ICT system integrator, has completed the process of internal implementation of the e-learning Evolution platform by OutStart. This solution enables effective development and management of training content based on the expertise and experience gathered within the company. Being Outstart's partner in Poland, SOLIDEX offers the full portfolio of e-learning products enhanced with a full range of professional services relating to the implementation and maintenance of such systems.

Implemented during two months only, the Evolution platform constitutes the foundation for the company's educational system. Based on the environment implemented, the expertise and information resources gathered to date are archived and processed into educational materials to extend staff competencies and knowledge. The tool enables efficient management of corporate knowledge and, by shortening the time needed for reaching the required information, improves efficiency, which helps reduce costs of staff education and company performance.
