The Polish daily newspaper Puls Biznesu awarded SOLIDEX with the title of Business Gazelle 2002. "The idea of the "Business Gazelle" concept is to identify a group of small and medium-sized companies which, regardless of what the economic conditions on the market are, note better and better financial results every year", says Puls Biznesu

The award - a statue and a diploma - was presented during a formal meeting preceded with a seminar on "Business Gazelles 2002", held in the Centre for Japanese Arts and Techniques "Manggha" in Kraków.
"Our company owes its current market position above all to its expertise, experience and reliability. For thirteen years now, with our day-to-day solid work, we have been building the our assets, our partners' confidence and the loyalty of our clients. These are values that cannot be bought but have to be earned with hard work", concludes Ryszard Skotniczny, Vice-President of SOLIDEX S.A., who himself collected the statue and the diploma. SOLIDEX was awarded with the Business Gazelle statue in 2001, ranking 13th then among all companies. In the current edition, SOLIDEX ranked first among the companies of the Małopolska region and 20th nationally.
The Business Gazelle 2002 ranking comprised 154 companies noted on the list of Puls Biznesu the year before. This means that as much as 38 percent of last year's Gazelles met the strict criteria for the second year in a row. The Gazelles are, as you can see, a group of companies in Poland that are capable of achieving better and better results regardless of what the economic conditions are.
