SOLIDEX SA. implements the Call Center operating system for P4

On 11th of September 2006 the company P4 concluded the implementation of the first stage of the integrated ICT system for the Call Center management, namely Cisco IP Call Center. The first stage of implementation, performed by SOLIDEX S.A., included the solution project delivery, product supplies, implementation and configuration and the integration with the other P4's ICT systems.
The IP Call Center, implemented by SOLIDEX S.A. will be initially operated by 50 consultant stands and will be used to operate incoming connections also the one from the future mobile P4 phone network and the external connection. Parties anticipate that in the few month from the Call Center startup it will be developed by additional functionalities.
The solution realization is connected with the current implementation of the LAN/WAN and IP telephony in Project 4 also performed by SOLIDEX S.A.
