Over the years of working on the Polish market in integrating network systems, the specialists of SOLIDEX have acquired vast experience in designing, developing and operating IT networks to any scale.

This experience, based on the expertise developed by the biggest innovation creator in IT technologies - Cisco Systems - provides the specialists we train with solid preparation for the tasks to be undertaken. The extent of training is continually supplemented with novelties following up the development of new areas.

All Cisco Systems authorized training centers, ours included, are monitored by Cisco for compliance with the required level and conditions of training. As a result, the trainees can be sure that the knowledge and skills they acquire are the same as anywhere in the world.

This is confirmed by the training completion certificate issued by Cisco Systems.

Second - SOLID Career Foundation

Our training constitute a three-fold system of individual career paths.

The training has been designed by Cisco in such a way as to match the certification requirements and lead to the attainment of internationally recognized titles attesting to the expertise and technical qualifications in areas related to the network installation and support, network engineering and design, communication and services.

The basic level of certification is the Associate level, followed by the Professional advanced level and the top EXPERT level. At these three levels, specialists have a choice of various specializations matching the requirements set for the technical staff by the market.

Third - SOLID Expert-Trainer

The trainers you will meet in our training rooms have been working for years as designers and consultants of network projects to a large scale. Their first-hand practical experience shared with the participants during training constitutes a rich and - what is more important - constantly updated source that guarantees success in both individual certification paths and in solving problems ocurring in day-to-day work.

For the level of expertise and skills of sharing it to comply with international standards, the Cisco Systems trainers are certificated on the case-to-case basis. The process of improving the training qualifications is confirmed with the certificates of Cisco Certified Instructors. The instructors also broaden their knowledge during internal train-the-trainer courses.

The satisfaction of training participants is monitored by SOLIDEX's internal client satisfaction survey and is assessed by Cisco Systems.

SOLID Inspiring Environment

Due to the intensity of training, the conditions in which it is held are of considerable importance. Training is run in laboratories for small groups of 10 trainees maximum, in air-conditioned rooms of the new SOLIDEX premises. After the intensive all-day training, the trainees can relax during integration meetings.
