The high level of SOLIDEX's competence has been recognized by its partners through a series of certificates and authorizations. The most noteworthy of these is the Cisco Systems Partner - Gold Certified status. SOLIDEX's qualifications are also appreciated by other leading manufacturers of IT solutions. The examples include such companies as Sun Microsystems and Hewlett-Packard Company.
Cisco Systems Partner - Gold Certified
In November 2008 Cisco Systems confirmed again the successful completion of the re-certification audit of SOLIDEX to the Gold Certified Partner level, in line with new stricter requirements. Certification achieved in 1998 is a clear recommendation which guarantees to the client that the partner has the expertise, experience and potential to effectively implement IT projects to any scale based on state-of-the-art solutions. The partner's potential is audited for both its hardware stock and test equipment as well as the effectiveness of its procedures for escalating and solving the clients' problems.There is yet another and most important path to verify the authorized partner's capabilities to meet the requirements - and this is the opinion of the clients themselves. It is checked through a multi-dimensional regular survey of client satisfaction with the level of services provided to them.
Cisco Learning Partner
The growing importance of proper preparation of personnel dedicated to build, maintain and plan network development for company effectiveness has encouraged Cisco Systems to organize a worldwide search for partners who have the means to start a program of authorized training, thus guaranteeing a uniform level of training worldwide. A few years ago SOLIDEX joined this group of authorized training centers. As a result, Polish users will have the opportunity to participate in classes (previously only available at foreign centers) accredited by Cisco Systems and recognized worldwide.

Cisco Advanced Unified Communications Specialization
Having met the resource requirements for Unified Communications SOLIDEX obtained the specialization that testifies to the high level of skills and expertise enabling our engineers to reliably implement secure and effective Unified Communications solutions based on technologies such as VoIP, IP Telephony and Cisco IP Contact Center (IPCC). Cisco Systems have awarded SOLIDEX due to fulfillment of very strict Cisco requirements concerning the number of certificated sales and technical support specialists as well as the investment in laboratory, training and service facilities.

The program of specialization in this area was designed to provide partners with expertise and resources necessary for them to successfully develop, sell, install and offer support to Internet security solutions.
